On Thursday, the Bank of Korea announced in the morning that it would cut interest rates by 25 basis points to 1.5% for the first time in three years. The Indonesian central bank followed suit and announced a rate cut of 25 basis points to 5.75%. The Ukrainian central bank also cut the main interest rate to 17%. Finally, the South African Central Bank announced at night that it would cut interest rates by 25 basis points to 6.5%.

周四，韩国央行先在早间宣布3年来首次降息25个基点，至1.5%;印尼央行紧随其后，宣布降息25个基点，至5.75%;之后乌克兰央行也将主要利率下调至17%;最后，南非央行于晚间宣布，降息25个基点，至6.5%。
