2020年春运火车票于今天（12日）开始发售。如果遇到车票售完的情况，也不要着急，在12306网站和APP购票时可以选择“候补购票”功能，按日期、车次、席别提交购票需求，在预付票款后，售票系统自动安排网上排队候补。

据铁路上海站工作人员介绍，旅客可以在“候补”系统中选择最晚通知时间，一旦出现退票、余票，12306系统会自动兑现车票并将购票结果第一时间通知旅客。该系统已经在去年的往四川方向的列车试点，今年将推广到所有方向的列车中。
