The intensity is expected to be a strong tropical storm (grade 10-11).

中央气象台预计，今年第11号台风“白鹿”在24日中午前后登陆或擦过台湾东南部后，将于24日夜间到25日早晨在福建漳浦到广东惠来一带沿海再次登陆，登陆强度预计为强热带风暴级（10-11级）。

The Guangdong Provincial Defense General has launched a typhoon-level emergency response, and the relevant cities and departments are deploying typhoon defense work. Fujian Province raised the typhoon emergency response to the third level on the morning of the 24th and evacuated 9,926 fishing boats.

广东省防总已启动防台风Ⅳ级应急响应，相关地市和部门正部署台风防御工作。福建省于24日上午将防台风应急响应提升至三级，并撤离渔船9926艘。
