(1) Avoid sun exposure: Prepare sun protection equipment in summer and do the necessary protective work before going out, such as sunshade, sun hat, sunglasses, sunscreen; prepare plenty of water and drinks. When going out, try to use cotton, linen, silk fabrics, and wear less chemical fiber clothing, so as not to dissipate heat in a large amount when sweating, causing heat stroke. Older people, pregnant women, people with chronic diseases, especially those with cardiovascular disease, should try to reduce their outing activities during the hot season.

(1)避免烈日暴晒:夏日要备好防晒用具,出门前做好必要的防护工作,如打遮阳伞、戴遮阳帽、戴太阳镜、涂抹防晒霜;准备充足的水和饮料。外出时的衣服尽量选用棉、麻、丝类织物,少穿化纤品类服装,以免大量出汗时不能及时散热,引起中暑。老年人、孕妇、有慢性疾病的人,特别是有心血管疾病的人,在高温季节要尽量减少外出活动。

(3) Reasonable replenishment of water and salt: Constantly replenishing the lost water and salt in sweat and maintaining the balance of water and salt in the body is an important measure to improve the heat resistance of the body. Drinking water with a thirst-like feeling is not enough to maintain body fluid balance. Therefore, in order to satisfy the thirst feeling when drinking water, you should drink as much as possible. A large number of drinking water is recommended when sweating a lot, so as not to increase the burden on the gastrointestinal tract. It can supply light salt water, and can also supply salty drinks, tea, mung bean soup, sour plum soup and so on. At the same time, it supplements nutrition and supplies high-vitamin, high-protein and high-calorie diets.

(3)合理补充水盐:不断地补充汗液中丢失的水盐,保持机体水盐平衡,是提高机体耐热能力的重要措施。单凭口渴感的饮水量不足以保持体液平衡,因此每次饮水时在满足口渴感以外,应尽量多饮一些。大量出汗时提倡少量多次饮水,以免加重胃肠道负担。可供应淡盐水,也可供给含盐饮料、茶、绿豆汤、酸梅汤等。同时补充营养,供给高维生素、高蛋白和高热量的膳食。

(4) Ensuring adequate sleep: The summer is long and the night is short, the temperature is high, the body's metabolism is strong, the consumption is large, and it is easy to feel fatigue. Sufficient sleep can relax the brain and body systems, both for work and study, and for preventing heat stroke.
